We spent day after day on the problem. I feel your pain - to quote a famous
liar - but I really do understand. I hope that Ansys is reading.

thanks for your input - i'm trying to be charitable but i've about had it -
i spent 4 or 5 hours with people at ansys last week trying to get this issue
resolved without success - on top of that, it always seems that the license
manager acts up at the most inopportune times - as customers, we're
collectively paying big $$$s - seems to me that they really ought to get
this thing right once and for all - sorry to burden you with my troubles -
it's 7:20 am here and i'm ready for my daily martini - thanks again for
taking the time to reply and merry christmas
