Um, I don't think you need to cycle the stress analysis 2,000 times
unless you are doing something with time dependency (creep), or
plasticity. (even then there are more efficient ways, but if your model
is small enough...) Other than that aren't you maybe looking for the
stress/defection state at the 2 conditions and comparing to a material
curve.

Again, you might wish to state in greater detail exactly what you are
trying to accomplish.....

Dear Metrisin,

I am trying to simulate a response i got in an
experiment. The block model with 2 coating layer with different material
properties showed deformation after 2000 cycles of thermal cyclic
loading. Could you please tell me how i can do this??
