Samer,

*MOPER, ParR, Par1, Oper, Par2, Par3, kDim, --, kOut, LIMIT

First of all, you mentioned about two different meshes, are the
underlying geometries the same ?

/nerr command will only stop reporting the errors/warnings. But the root
cause of
*Moper reporting the error/warning means there is a difference in the
geometry you are using with in the ANSYS default tolerance.

#0. See if there is undocumented command to modify the tolerance, I know
the BFINT command has a way to modify default tolerance.
#1. Modify your Par1 array, you could scale it down (little bit) so that
the Par2 defines equal to or bigger domain than Par1. This is an
indirect way of addressing the tolerance issue.
#2. If you do not want to do the #1 #2, then kout=1 should help. It will
leave out the nodes which do not lie with in the tolerance limit.
#3. /nerr,1e12,1e12 will only help the least in my view.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
Navaneeth

Subject: [Xansys] *moper

Dear ANSYS users,
I am using the *moper map to map stresses between two meshes. I get
many warning messages that say some of the interpolation points are
located outside the region and the closest values will be used. I used
/NERR,,,-2 . This allowed the analysis to continue and run and the
error messages are written to the error file only. Is there away to
suppress error generation completely. My analysis is taken longer than
I expected and most of the time is spent during the mapping operation
where most of the warning messages are produced.
