Just a heads up about a conference coming up November 11-12: The Engineering Simulation Energy Conference (or ESEC) is being held in Houston, Texas.
PADT has decided to attend this year because of our growing consulting work in oil and gas and the growth of attendance from folks in the alternative energy area (we ain't got no oil in our desert, so we've been alt energy since before alt energy was cool).

The highlights are:
* Keynote presentations from solution providers and industry-leading, innovative companies
* User presentations showcasing the unique ways in which engineering simulation tools are used by energy companies to solve challenging problems
