Hello Ferruh,

The key to setting up a multiphase solution in CFX is to hold down the CTRL key and select both fluids simultaneously from the list. Once you do this successfully, additional tabs will appear for other input relevant to your specific type of multiphase simulation.

Subject: [Xansys] Ansys CFX - Fluid-Fluid Interface problem

Hello all,

I have been trying to model the heat (and momentum) transfer in a medium consisting of two fluids (water and air) in Ansys CFX V11.
I am trying to include the interface between air and water.
My problem is: when I insert the interface, in both face I am getting the same fluid (either water or air). I am wondering what I am missing on this. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,

Ferruh
