I've just tried experimenting with a much much finer mesh but still the same
thing happens. Actually after from what i've been through I realize that,
adjusting the time step is a more effective way for non-linear convergence
rather than mesh size although an adequate mesh size is still necessary.
Right now, i'm working with smaller time steps as suggested by Peter. Wish me
luck.
