Let me be very clear, the intention is that no one who is not a properly
subscribed member will be allowed to post. No change to the policy.
What you are seeing is a small amount of back scatter as Jason fine
tunes things. Please remember that I have been dealing with hundreds of
these things per day for years on your behalf and I am very grateful for
the efforts of Jason, Eric and Fern in giving me back a chunk of time
each day.
