Keith,

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately the macro (and what I need) looks
for the strain energy output from the element (SENE). It doesn't look
like that's directly available from SHELL163 in LS-DYNA. I need
something that can combine the strains (available) stresses (also
available obviously) and the dimensions of the elements to give strain
energy.
