Subject: LS-Dyna Strain Energy

I must be a bit slow so I apologize. This should be obvious I know.

I'd like to calculate the strain energy in selected elements
(specifically thin shell 163) but it doesn't appear that I can do that
in ANSYS directly. Is that true? Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Matt
