Brahmaji,
a few years ago, when I still used the Classic interface, I got into
trouble with the reaction solution in presence of constraint
equations. The solution was to resort to the OUTPR,RSOL,LAST command.
That way I could get the reaction solution output splitted in the
following sections:

***** REACTION SOLUTION ***** TIME = 1.0000
LOAD STEP= 1 SUBSTEP = 1 CUM. ITER.= 1

NOTE - ALL VECTOR DOFS ARE IN NODAL COORDINATE SYSTEMS.

NODE FX FY FZ MX
MY MZ
53 -3.43636 -80.3737 -43.3092 0.00000
0.00000 0.00000
59 -25.2836 123.114 85.3057 0.00000
0.00000 0.00000
837 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.00000
0.00000 0.00000

TOTAL -28.7199 42.7400 41.9965 0.00000
0.00000 0.00000

....

***** CONSTRAINT EQN. REACTION SOLUTION ***** TIME = 1.0000
LOAD STEP= 1 SUBSTEP = 1 CUM. ITER.= 1

NOTE - ALL VECTOR DOFS ARE IN NODAL COORDINATE SYSTEMS.

NODE FX FY FZ MX
MY MZ
1 -2.92562 -1.15354 4.28012
2 4.14775 -1.15354 9.78011
3 -1.74673 -1.15354 5.19678
4 -0.567833 -1.15354 6.11345
5 0.611063 -1.15354 7.03011
6 1.78996 -1.15354 7.94678
7 2.96885 -1.15354 8.86344
8 -2.92562 3.56204 -11.4733
...

Summing the values of the two sections, I could get the correct total value.
Maybe you're now missing the "Constraint eqn. reaction solution" section.

Best regards
