Subject: ANSYS5.6 Errors in SuperElement Modal w/sparse solver
Author: Johan Hsu
Date: 2000-01-25 13:22:00

Hello everyone. Does anybody have experienced the problem with the super
element modal analysis? The first problem is FULL DISK I/O in writing the .full
file. By issuing /config,fsplit command, the problem solved. However, the
second problem seems link with sparse solver. It crashed ANSYS with the
following error message: (The problem happened when the second LNxx file
created. I had almost 100GB disk space available when it happened) Any clue or
working around? TIA
