Easy. You just explain that DM is a product that is required to overcome a
deficiency that ANSYS users have been struggling with for years. The Pointy
Haired Bosses and pencil pushers all look to each other while recognizing
the evil genius of this plan: charging people extra to fix features that
never worked right to begin with. In grudging admiration, the pencil
pushers pay for it.
