Subject: license manager

Hi,
I am getting a saying
Error:The Launcher has encountered a error.
Possible causes are the license manager is not running the ANSYS_ELMHOST
environment variable does not match the host name.The Host Name is case
sensitive and must match the Host Name defined by the TCP/IP protocol.Also
check the license manager log file in the LICUTIL subdirectory.'
I have a windows NT machine and I went to the checked the host name
and it matched .What could be the problem?Has anyone had a similar
problem?
