Subject: Re: xansys : STRUCT . meshing problem Author: Dan Bohlen Date: 2003-04-16 10:43:00Could be a number of things. Your .db could be corrupt. The geometry you are trying to mesh could have errors or be too complex. Not knowing anything else you could try:
- CDWRIT and then CDREAD the .db into Ansys again.
- Change you mesh settings to try coarser or finer mesh and see if that makes any difference.
IF those don't work you may need to subdivide the model some more prior to meshing.
Good luck,

Dear all,
I am trying to mesh my 3D model with tetraedrals elements. An error occurs during the meshing operation :
***ERROR*** An unexpected error (Floating point exception) has occured... ANSYS internal data has been corrupted. ANSYS is unable to recover and will terminate.
Does anyone has an idea about this error? Thanks in advance.
