Subject: Re: [STRUC][CONTACT] MEANING OF MESSAGE ?

HI Ansys Users

You have a point Philippe. It's high time Ansys OUTPUT window reflect
more meaningful messages to the user.

User would like to know via display about the status of the analysis
(like how much % or iterations completed, how much time it will take
to complete, maximum stress & maximum deflection at any node, table
showing the convergence status,relevant error messages, etc.,)
Currently the output window shows non-relevant messages like how many
elements have been formulated/solved per iteration & non-relevant
warning & errors.
Maybe Ansys should take a cue from Moldflow. Screen output window of
Moldflow does not display how many nodes have been filled. It shows a
tabulation showing percentage of fill completed, Pressure & clamp
force, etc. at that point of time.

Any takers for a tabulated output window instead of text output.
