Hello Virendra,
there are some example-files for superelements attached. To transform
superelements it is shown in testuse.mac. I believe you have switched the
main coordinate system csys,0 to the local coordinate system where you wish
to tranform the superelement. Don´t do this. Before the setran-command there
must be the csys,0 command.
I hope this will help :-).

Perhaps you can help me too.
The example-files create a bar it is made of solid45 and beam4. The model is
compressed to a superelement. The bar is turned around to simulate a rigid
body motion, but the results I get, I can not believe.
Where do I go wrong?
Is it possible to simulate a rigid body motion by this way?
