Subject: large model submodeling or substructuring?

Thank you for the replies to my questions on large model. Again in
short i have a 3D Hydraulic actuator:100 MB db file
Elements 112912, Equations 749154, Max wavefront 197, 256 MB
workspace, 12 MB db, ANSYS 6.1, Professional License, SOLID 95
Elements, Solver Sparse/PCG, Cant use MSAVE option.
While trying the solver options i just had a question as to what
would be the better option for this problem if i were to do
submodeling and substructuring?
Would submodeling be more easy or would substructuring be a better
option?
