Subject: Superelement Expansion, STRUC

I am performing a static multi-body sliding contact problem. I have
made each body into a separate superelement to reduce run times. The
multiple load step job runs fine and I can then expand each
superelement at any given time point. Unfortunately, there seems to
be no easy way to create an animation of all the bodies together as
they slide because each body is in a separate database and results
file.

I realize there are some labor intensive ways to combine databases
and results files together (nread, eread, numoff, dnsol, etc), but
perhaps I'm missing something. It seems to me that multi-body
contact with superelements is standard functionality and it should be
more straightforward.

It appears that you cannot even create a multiple load step expansion
result file for one particular superelement and animate that over
time. Apparently you have to create a different results file for
each time point and create animations manually with the /seg,multi.
Anyone else dealing with this?
