Dear Dave

Thank you very much for your help. My model is running and there is no
warnings,(by the moment).
I want to thanks your time, your suggestions were very useful.

I'll wait for the solution. I hope it works and with coherent results.

Many thanks again.

Hernan Araya,

I see three possible problems in your approach:

1) mixing PLANE42 (structural) and SOLID70 (thermal) element types.
- replace PLANE42 with PLANE55 (or even MESH200 with proper shape
options) so ANSYS does not expect some structural behavior. You don't need
2D structural behavior on some of the faces of the 3D thermal model, do you

2) After you finish ALL mesh sweeps with VEXT, you should clear all areas
to get rid of the 2D mesh you used to "seed" the 3D volume sweeps.
ACLEAR,ALL will leave all the 3D solids. You don't want to leave the 2D
mesh there for the solution, do you ?

3) Both of your load tables are defined as having TWO variables (bi-linear
interpolation): time and heat. However, you are only creating a function
that varies with TIME.
Remove the label 'heat' from the *DIM commands.
