Subject: thermal analysis problem

Dear Users

I am trying a thermal analysis. I created my model with a segment and it was
copied 40 times to have a disc. I merged the nodes. I applied heat and
boundary conditions (convective and radiation).After run the model, my
computer only transfed the solid model boundry conditions and then a lot of
warnings appear.
here there are some of them.
*** WARNING *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP= 1571.009 TIME= 12:53:03
Line 4118 is meshed but contains unmeshed keypoint 2043.

*** WARNING *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP= 1571.009 TIME= 12:53:03
Line 4120 is meshed but contains unmeshed keypoint 2043.

*** ERROR *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP= 1571.019 TIME= 12:53:03
Solid model data is contaminated.

*** ERROR *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP= 1571.019 TIME= 12:53:03
Relating to the previous message, please send your data to your ANSYS
Technical Support Provider.

*** ERROR *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP= 1571.580 TIME= 12:53:04
The model data was checked and there were errors found.
Please check output or errors file ( heat1.err ) for messages

There is something wrong in my model? How can I solve it?
