By the way. Why would Yaser Jaradat respond to criticism heaped on Mr. Joe College's (d.b.a. Max Florez) posting on June 6, 2002??? Who is really asking the question, Joe or Yaser??? Yaser is indeed listed as a research student at the University of Maryland's Civil Engineering department (I checked their web site).
