First, can you 'ping' the license server? On PC you can do this from the
command prompt and the command is 'ping hostname'. If yes then I suspect
you need to perform an additional 'configuration options' from the ANSYS or
CADFix administration utility. I don't know the specifics for CADFix stuff.
If you can't ping the hostname then try to ping the IP address of the
machine. If this works then you need to add this hostname to the hosts file
(/etc/hosts on Unix and C:winntsystem32driversetchosts on PC). If not
then you need your sysadmin.
