Whenever I've gotten that message, something is always loose. I suggest you try selecting just the springs and then to a NSLE ESLN NSLE /REPLOT
Each of the spring ends should have another element attached to it.

My model is shell elements on a form of I or II section....and some sides are connected to springs (combin39 elements). When I solve the shells without the springs I don't get the discontinuous msgs. but when I connect the springs, the Note appears. I think it doesn't affect the solution because it is neither error not warning. It is just a note.
