Six months ago we had the same type of problems on ANSYS 5.4/ NT 3.51
/Intergraph TDZ-410 PC, while creating big anymation (30+ frames). We had
the impression that it was hardware/software limitations problem (12Mb of
video memory on the video card).

Mark,

I agree with you whole heartedly. Just today I encountered
segmentation
violations three time, and all of them while in the midst of animating the
deformed structure.
