You could try increasing your -db setting if you are trying to avoid the
page file. It should be at least as large as your .db ( + .rst if solving)
to avoid a .page file. It's been awhile since I've done any
substructuring. Usually the large file sizes were more of a resource issue
than memory.

I am giving total workspace as 1650 and db size 32.
I have very high end machine 2 GB ram 136 GB harddisk.
