The first evaluation round for the position originally advertised on
15/12/98 is going to be closed. Any other intersted person should sent the
CV as soon as possible.

Sorry for cross-posting.

This a call for CV for a preliminary evaluation.

A position will be available starting from March 1998 (tentative date) at
the Laboratory for Biomaterials Technology of the Istituti Ortopedici
Rizzoli located in Bologna, ITALY.

The candidate will work on a one year project (exstensible for other two
years) on a FEM study on biomechanics of joint replacements.

A good knowledge of FEM and structural/solid mechanics in general is
required. Specific experience on biomechanics problems and a preliminary
experience with PATRAN and/or ANSYS are welcome but not mandatory.

English will be the working language (if you do not know italian, of course).
