Well, actually, our ASD squeezed us in the corner ! :) It turns out we were
trying to reach the *wrong* ASD, which, to make things worse, was in vacations
for several weeks ! The *good* ASD contacted me and things will be back on
track soon ...

Our mistake ... Sorry about that ...I didn't mean to imply that ANSYS support
was inadequate.
