If you are referring to the problem that occurs when ANSYS and the
license manager are on different subnets, this can be fixed by
installing the service pack(s) that are downloadable from the ANSYS web
site. You need to get the password from your ASD though. If you aren't
getting a response from your ASD, I suggest you call ANSYS directly and
tell them that your ASD is not responding.
