Dear Mr. Chang,

I worked in the area of ferroelectrics for my Ph.D degree. The FEA solution
then was a self-developed two dimensional FEA code (I wrote it by myself).
Most likely you will have to either develop a code of your own or, at least,
a user subrootine for a commercial code, like ANSYS here, if coupling is
nonliearity and can't be ignored. Good luck.
