Just a note to say, I got a chance to try out the Unix to PC animation
file conversion program that Paul Tallon posted on this list back in
November. It worked quite nicely. A student emailed me a 12.4 MB
animation file from a project assignment on SGI, ANSYS 5.4. I opened it
on my Win95 PC, played it, and saved it as a .AVI file at only 1.8 MB
filesize (and gave this student a perfect score on this assignment :)
