I am trying to analyze electrostatic-mechanical coupling problem.
But I GUESS it will be a nonlinear problem. I am not so sure.

And I do not know whether it can be treated as thermal-structural
coupled or not!

It is said that ANSYS5.4 can solve electrostatic-mechanical
coupling problem with "PHYSICS ENVIRONMENT" in the on-line help.
And there are three multiphysics examples in the on-line help.
Unfortunately it do not have a example of electrostaic-mechanical
coupling problem. .

Could you give me any suggestion about electrostatic-mechanical
coupling probelm?

Thank you very much!

Sincerely
Chin-Piao Chang
