I am a beginner of ANSYS 5.4.
Now I am trying to use solve a multiphysics problem.
I want to know the deformation of membrane when it is
pulled by electrostatic force.
Is somebody doing this kind of problem? Or any
suggestion?
I have read the on-line help about physics environment.
And when I trying to use SOLID122 to simulate the electric
field, I found that ANSYS 5.4 always output a file named
" file.rth ". But the help file has told me that file.rth
is produced when you solve with thermal problem. And the
SOLID122 is the element of ELECTROSTATIC. So it should
output a "file.rst". I am so confused.
If ANSYS5.4 do not output a file "file.rst", how can
i use " ldread,force,,,,,file,rst"
Can somebody give me some suggestion?
