My suggestion:

1. Run a structural analysis and get the *.rst file.

2. Create a new analysis for EMAG.
Use the command UPGEOM to get the data of nodes and
elements after deformation. UPGEOM will read the data
from *.rst file of structural analysis.

3. Use these nodes and elements to be your EMAG mesh.
The node number and shape of the EMAG element
must be the same as those from STRUCTURAL elements.
Maybe you have to modify the element attributes.

4. Input the data for EMAG in the pre-processor and solution.
Then solve it!

I have no experiences about STEP 2.
I don't know if "UPGEOM" in EMAG can read the data from
structural analysis.
