You can scale the model back down:

Dear ANSYS users,

I am facing a quiet differnt problem in importing an IGES file.
The part is created in Pro/E 2000i using inch units and I am trying to
import its IGES file in ANSYS. In ANSYS, the dimensions of the model are
scaled to 100 times. I don't know how to prevent this in ANSYS, as no option
is avilable in AUX processor.

Any one could suggest a solution for this.
