Firstly, if you want to know the distribution of temperature in cylinder you need solve the thermal analysis Then you need solve structural analysis in which you may used contact element with such real constant kn- normal contact stiffness. It calculate kn=fEh, where f=1, E-young Modules, h- element length TOLN- absolute tolerance COND -contact conductance with keyopt=1 Discription about real constant and keyopts elements CONTAC48 see Element Manual.
The good samples you may find in ANSYS Verification Manual For example I advise you to see sample VM23
