Subject: Help on Using Ansys along with other software

HI, I want to run Ansys several times in batch mode with slight changes in
the input file each time. The input file is being changed for each time
by my own source code and thus giving out the corresponding results. The
problem I have is each time the Ansys finishes the batch process a
message window showing the successfull execution message is displayed. I
have to click the OK button each time to start the next process. I have to
run Ansys for several 1000 times sometimes to get results from slight
modification in input file.

My question is there a place to set options in Ansys which will
automatically close the message window once the batch process is
successfull?

May be some of you have already tries using optimization routines along
with Ansys which would have needed many iterations and faced similar
problems.

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated..
