Hi Vincent,
On the picking issue, try this:
When picking, click your left mouse button AND HOLD IT DOWN. As you
move the mouse around the graphics window, ANSYS highlights various
choices for the pick, and when you release the left mouse button, the
entity that is highlighted is the one you pick.
Almost as good as (if not better than) the Pro/E Query Select.
