Dear Yassar

Absolutely you may export and import result from ANSYS to other FEA
program for example: LS-DYNA, NASTRAN, PATRAN and some other, beacuse
ANSYS - open system on all stage.

Addition you migth use ANSYS/Multiphysics to solve coupling problem,
in which the results of first analysis to apply as loads in second
analysis.
