I hope that what you are saying is that separate seats of Pro/mesh
will no longer be available, but that the functionality of making
h-shell meshes will remain inside Mechanica (we have several licenses
of Mechanica) so they can continue to support C-Mold/Moldflow and
other applications. PTC making people buy Mechanica in order to get
pro/mesh kind of stinks.

Our PTC rep has told us that existing seats of ProMesh will be grandfathered in,
but new seats are not available and separate mesh training is no longer
available.

models to AN SYS

I cannot speak to PTC's intent or future, however we use v2000i2 here and
have several licenses of Mesh only. PTC may have bundled Mesh into Mechanica
but accessing the Mesh functionality is very similar to before. A few
buttons have moved or been renamed (as always happens with each Pro release)
but it works well.
