Brad, Stan, again thanks for Your help.

Meanwhile I have found the reason:

I just saved my ANSYS5.6 abbreviation file start.abbr for
use in ANSYS5.7.
Trying to edit this file caused ANSYS to crash.

When I define the file newly in ANSYS5.7, everything is o.k.
I can insert as much /sys commands as I want, without any problems.
