What exactly is the hold-up? Meshing covers a lot of ground. For example my biggest productivity hold-up is editing CAD geometry, and I spend a lot of time defeaturing and finding mid-surfaces. If that's the problem then the answer is defeaturing software. If you find yourself running models that seem very large, you might do some sniffing around to see if you're over meshing or maybe providing your clients with more detail than they need. If there are problems with CAD geometry, maybe a heart-to-heart and some joint experimentation with your CAD guys might find you some shortcuts. If you're over-taxing the ANSYS mesher (hard to imagine) you might look around for stand-alone meshing software. There are lots of answers but they mostly depend on the nature of the problem.
