Subject: Sheet metal bending

Hi!
I am doing some sheet metal modeling. First I am trying with a 2D
model. Solid 42 for the blank, lines to model the punch and die.
Contact with contact wizard between punch-blank, blank-die. Load as a
displacement in the punch. Geometric nonlinearity "on", table of real
strain-stress.
The problem is that i am not getting any convergence at all. I have
tried a lot of combinations in substeps number (min, max).
Can anyone help me?
What am i doing wrong?
