Hi Vinayak:

The shell 181 supports creep and plasticity according to the element
documentation. Here is an excerpt from the 5.6.2 on line documentation for
this element.

Special Features
Plasticity, Hyperelasticity, Creep, Stress stiffening, Large deflection,
Large strain, Initial stress import. Supports the following types of data
tables associated with the TB command: ANEL, BISO, MISO,
NLISO, BKIN, MKIN, KINH, CHABOCHE, and CREEP. See the ANSYS Theory Reference
for details of the material models.
