Subject: TCHG Command

I have some peculiar results regarding the use of the TCHG command for
converting 95's to 92's. The command seems to work as advertised in
5.5 and appears to work(although undocumented) in 5.4....Certainly for
computational efficiency, it seems like a deal. However, in 5.4, the
use of TCHG took what would be a 2.2 Gb TRI file and made it 7.2 Gb !
The active number of DOFs did go down.

Anybody else see this happen in 5.4?
