Here is a recent thread on the subject

Brent,

Try the menu path
Preprocessor -> Create -> Contact Pair

Brent,
at 5.5.1 the contact wizard won't show up in the menu if you imported
geometry with the default
iges or "allow defeature" option on the connection products.
The problem is in the file /ansys55/docu/UIMENU.GRN
I put a updated UIMENU.GRN in
ftp://ftp.concurrent.com/pub/update/UIMENU.GRN that will fix this
problem.

If you didn't import geometry, just mesh the deformable parts of your
model first then click
Preprocessor -> Create -> Contact Pair -> Contact Wizard
