Viktor,

Edit the start.ans (start55.ans in 5.5) file in the DOCU subdirectory.
Uncomment (take the ! out) the line that says:

!/MSTART,ZOOM,ON ! Displays Pan-Zoom-Rotate dialog box

It will now start every time.
