Hi
Try adding the line

/mstart,zoom,on

to your start55.ans file (the one that resides in your
personal directory). Then relaunch ansys, and the
pan-zoom-rotate widget will be opened automatically.
Or you could un-comment the line in the start55.ans file
supplied with ansys in the /ansys55/docu directory.
