Hi,

I hv the experience with importing geometry from Solidworks to Ansys using
IGES. It is working quite ok for simple models. To import the model to
Ansys successfully, you must first make sure that Solidworks will export
the model to IGES with ANSYS option. However, for complicated model you
still need to repair your model in Ansys.
