Forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I would love if the default behavior of ANSYS was not to nodal stress average in situations where it is not appropriate. These situations include: differences in shell element thickness, differences in modulus, differences in thermal expansion strain, differences in EKILL status between adjacent elements.
Has this issue been dealt with in some fashion in recent or upcoming Revisions?
